We had a short driving tour of Nashville, and were looking for chow. We ran across the Blue Coast Burrito, and decided that some Tex-Mex would fit the bill.
This place has a motif of surfing. Why? Beats the heck out of me.
Blue Coast is kind of like a Qdoba or Chipolte Grill. You select a meat, other stuffings, it’s rolled into a burrito, and you eat.
One thing – we got an order of queso dip. It was not good at all, not recommended.
We got a steak burrito, a couple chicken burritos, and a taco. They were… OK. The salsa was not terribly hot.
Our check was $32.91. If I had a choice, I would go to Chipolte. If I didn’t, Blue Coast would be OK.
