This was a great find! We came to Rexburg to tour the air museum at the airport, and drove past Bob’s at lunchtime.
Ian and I got bacon double cheeseburgers. Yummy! The beef had great flavor and texture. Mine had tomato, onions, mayo, mustard, and pickles. Ian just got ketchup. The fries were rough cut and EXCELLENT! The baskets came with fry sauce that was really good. The only complaint about my burger: it fell apart, so I ended up eating about half of it using a fork and knife. We got iced tea, great stuff.
Raegan got breakfast; two eggs, fried potatoes, and pancakes. All excellent. I loved those potatoes; she and Ian and I all had some, and I was grabbing bites as we left the restaurant; great stuff.
Our check was $32.60. We got there about 1230 and left at 1345. Service was perfect.
All in all, this was pretty much a perfect lunch. The food was excellent, service spot on. If I am ever in Rexburg again, Bob’s is on the to-do (again) list.
