Raegan and the kids and I were headed to Moore to visit her folks this evening, and decided to check out Soda Pops as it was nearby.
We started out with a plate of excellent bacon and cheese fries. They came with some exellent ranch dressing. These were consumed rapidly.
I got a chicken fried steak. It was excellent! I rate it an 8.5 out of 10. The CFS was fork tender and had good breading. It wasn’t just absolutely chock full of beef flavor, but it had enough. It was bedded down in gravy, and I asked for some extra. The gravy was pretty darn good as well. My second side was green beans was very good as well. Erin got a cheeseburger. I tried it, and it was pretty decent. Again, not a lot of beef flavor, but better than average. Ian got chicken fingers, good stuff. Raegan got deep fried catfish, and liked it. It was huge!
The iced tea was excellent, and service was great. Our check was $49.14. This was a good restaurant and a good value. I will be glad to visit again.
