Raegan and the kids and I ate at ILTBAG shortly after it opened. Our opinion was, “it’s OK”. After my visit last week, that’s still the verdict.
Ian and I had dinner at ILTBAG last Thursday evening, as Raegan and Erin were at the St. John’s 8th Grade class dinner nearby. Ian got a ribeye, and I got roast chicken. The ribeye, he reported, wasn’t too bad. The chicken was unimpressive. The pieces were small, and had little flavor. The baked potato was small, and needed a bit more baking. The green beans were right out of a can. The iced tea was good.
Service was OK until we were ready to leave; I had to flag another server down to get our check so we could get back to where the car was parked to meet Raegan and Erin. Our check was $48.74. Not worth it; $17 for small and flavorless chicken. They have had their two chances.
