I don’t eat at Rib Crib very often; there is better BBQ to be had in the Metro area. But occasionally someone wants to go there, and after a softball game Sunday evening (we won!), it was suggested we go there to celebrate. We had 12 people total.
Raegan got the BBQ sliders, not too bad. Erin got the catfish combo, she at the catfish, I ate the brisket. I got a two meat with ribs and chicken. The ribs were OK, I give them an 8.5 on a scale of 1 to JTs. The chicken was pretty dried out and hard to eat.
The tea was great and the service was also (disclosure, we know the family of our server). Our check was $45.02.
The meal didn’t ignite any excitement for me about Rib Crib, but I would go back if someone wanted to.
